Refunds for Customers in Morocco
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will inspect the issue and offer a full refund or exchange.Incorrect Size (Standard Products):
If the item does not fit and is not a custom order, we will exchange it for the correct size.
Return shipping is covered by us.
Refunds for International Customers
- Refunds are not available for orders shipped outside Morocco.
- Exchanges are available if the item is damaged or not as described, but customers must cover the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
- Refunds or exchanges are not available for custom jeans or other custom-made items.
Lost Packages
- If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we will refund your purchase or resend your order at no additional cost.
- If the shipping provider confirms delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
